RETURN POLICY & GUIDELINES

STICKYLICKITS IS A FOOD PRODUCT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EXCEPT FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS.

PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES TO INSURE PROPER CREDIT OF RETURNED PRODUCT.

CLAIMS FOR GOODS RECEIVED IN A VISIBLY DAMAGED CONDITION SHOULD BE FILED DIRECTLY WITH THE DELIVERING CARRIER.

• Returns for defective goods or goods with concealed damage must be made within (7) business days of receipt of shipment.
• All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued by STICKYLICKITS. Please refer to the Return Guidelines below for additional information on how to initiate a return.
• The acceptance of all returns claims is at STICKYLICKITS’ discretion.
• After examination of product by STICKYLICKITS, it will be determined if either a credit to the account and/or a replacement is warranted. Return shipping may be charged to your account if warranted and is at the sole discretion of STICKLYLICKITS.
• There are NO CASH REFUNDS and Returns credits expire ONE YEAR from initial issue date.

• Please have the following information ready and available to open an RA:
• If stickers being returned are shipping directly from a chain store location(s), a SEPARATE RA must be created for EACH store.
• If you are returning stickers from a central DISTRIBUTION center you may request 1 RA for all items.
• Customer Service will provide you with a confirmation RA# via e-mail.
• Once stickers included in the requested RA have been confirmed, please do NOT send any additional items in your return shipment. You may call Customer Service to make a change to an existing RA if you have not already shipped the stickers otherwise you MUST request a new RA# via Customer Service or the additional stickers will NOT be credited.
• Retailer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved via StickyLickits Management.
